"It's better not to know so much about what things mean or how they might be interpreted or you'll be too afraid to let things keep happening. Psychology destroys the mystery, this kind of magic quality. It can be reduced to certain neuroses or certain things, and since it is now named and defined, it's lost its mystery and the potential for a vast, infinite experience." -David Lynch

Basement Jaxx kicks ass! This is some seriously upbeat dance music. Soul, disco, techno, and even some pop sensibility fuse together to create a very listenable, danceable experience. Just downloaded the new Singles album - looking forward to spinning it at a party sometime soon.

Speaking of which, there seems to be a rumor going around that some o-town kids might come up this weekend. Please let me know the validity of this rumor so that I can prepare the apartmentellones.

THIS is a link to one of the coolest videos I've seen in quite a while. The song's called "An Honest Mistake" and it's performed by The Bravery. Fans of Franz Ferdinand and The Killers will probably dig 'em... - they're not bad. Regardless, the video is sweet. Check it out, then meet me at the park for some Domino Rally.

The Reel Big Fish concert was freakin' great... - It's awesome to see that despite the many changes they've undergone in lineup, the band still sounds excellent. As long as Aaron and Scott stay in the band, I'll maintain my faith in RBF. New record in stores April 5th.

The Ring 2
friday night, bitches! "yOU lET tHE dEAD gET iN..."

Budweiser Select is pretty good...but I think I still prefer Lite. Less filling.

I'll listen to your mixes soon, melo. Downloaded your script, too - Laura and I are both stoked to read it.

Over and out.
